At Omrov.ae, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality pre-owned and new products. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Return Eligibility

  • New Products: Returns are not accepted if the product’s seal is broken or the box is opened.
  • Pre-owned Products: Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or accessories are missing.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, along with any accessories or packaging (if applicable).
  • Items damaged by the customer due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971507148400. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Omrov.ae reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
  • If approved, we will provide further instructions for return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For bank transfers (IBAN), customers may need to provide their bank details if unavailable in our records.
  • Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product arrives defective, Omrov.ae will cover return shipping costs within the UAE.
  • If the product is returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, no defects), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

5. Replacements

  • Replacement products will be inspected to ensure they are equivalent in condition and functionality to the original item.
  • Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. International Customers

  • Returns are not available for international customers. Only UAE-based customers are eligible for returns and refunds.

7. Additional Notes

  • Please retain proof of purchase (invoice) and any communication with Omrov.ae to facilitate the return process.
  • Photographic evidence of the product’s condition may be required to verify eligibility for return or replacement.
