1. Return Eligibility
- New Products: Returns are not accepted if the product’s seal is broken or the box is opened.
- Pre-owned Products: Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or accessories are missing.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, along with any accessories or packaging (if applicable).
- Items damaged by the customer due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Omrov.ae reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
- If approved, we will provide further instructions for return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For bank transfers (IBAN), customers may need to provide their bank details if unavailable in our records.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product arrives defective, Omrov.ae will cover return shipping costs within the UAE.
- If the product is returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, no defects), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
5. Replacements
